Welcome to the magic of Costa Rica

Rio Chirripo is located in the Perez Zeledon province, a scenic 4-hour drive southeast ​from the capital, San Jose. Just a short distance away from Chirripo National Park, ​its location offers both tranquility and a touch of adventure.

Our retreat center welcomes us on December 14th, 2024 after 3pm. A complimentary ​shuttle from Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) will be arranged at ​10am on that day.

Check-out on December 21st, 2024 is at 11am, A complimentary shuttle to the airport ​will be arranged.

Our retreat is perfectly positioned for exploring Costa Rica’s stunning landscapes, ​especially the renowned beaches of Puntarenas on the Pacific Coast and of the ​pristine Osa Peninsula. If you're considering an extended stay, many natural ​wonders await.

Manuela

Of French and Peruvian origins, Manuela fluently speaks French, English ​& Spanish. Her journey as a dedicated lighworker takes her across ​continents, dividing her time between Europe and Costa Rica, where she ​hosts holistic retreats.

Specializing in transformational bodywork, Sound Healing and Yoga, ​Manuela inertwines ancient wisdom with contemporary modalities.

Her approach is a blend of energetically attuned massage, immersive ​sound, and mindful movement, inviting participants on a profound ​healing journey.

With reverence and respect, Manuela delicately incroporates plant ​medicine into her offerings, providing a sacred space for self-​exploration, inner harmony and spiritual growth.

Through her practice, she serves as a compassionate guide, nurturing ​individuals toward a restored sense of peace, clarity and fulfillment.
